This completed questionnaire will help me pick
out the very best puppy for you, your family, and your lifestyle. My Poodle
puppies deserve the best. The best homes. The best owners.
The best food. The best love. I've spent countless hours
researching pedigrees, dogs, doing health tests, attending dog related
activities to ensure that the puppies I produce are high quality, healthy,
and sound. In other words...an excellent companion for your family. Combining this
questionnaire along with a puppy aptitude test, will assist me in matching
your family with just the right puppy. It is important for
you to realize that you do not have to be a professional Poodle person in
order to purchase a dog from me. You don't even have to have experience
with Poodles - only a genuine desire to make one a member of your
family! If your first
impression is that I am too picky...that's OK! I am very selective on
my puppy's forever homes, they deserve the *best* homes possible. Please cut and paste

other? Do you have children - if so, how many and what

member of the family will be taking the MAJOR responsibility for raising the

hours per day is this person at home? How much time during
the day/night will the puppy be left alone? Where will the puppy
be when left alone? Where will the puppy

members agree to the purchase of this puppy? Are you committed to
caring for this dog for it's entire lifetime? What other type of

critical if a breeder is to keep track of the quality of her breeding
