Animal PortraitsPricing and Ordering Information for Custom Pet Portraits
The following prices for 2006 are for one pet and a background of your choice is included. Each extra pet is an additional $65.00. Custom sizes are available as well. I also paint furniture, antique items, milk cans, etc.
I can do all animals, from reptiles and fish to birds and bovines: I love them all!

I require a 50% non-refundable deposit when I accept your commission and before starting the painting. Turnaround time depends on how many commissions I have. Please let me know if you need the painting for a special occasion and I will try to accommodate you. If you are interested in a portrait for Christmas I would suggest placing your order at least 3 months in advance. A pet portrait is a very time consuming one-of-a-kind custom endeavour. I will focus on your work only until it is completed. When I have completed the portrait I will send you a digital copy via email. You will then have the opportunity to accept the painting or suggest changes to be made. When these changes are complete I will again send you a digital photo via email for your approval. Fortunately and happily, all of my portraits have received approval. Should you not like the portrait, all monies will be returned. Once you accept the painting I require the balance due, after which I will send the painting to you. Professional packing and shipping charges will be additional.
