I am a native Montrealer from Quebec, Canada. I
live with my Sweetheart, two of our fabulous & brilliant children(the
other 3 fab & brilliant young adults
are away at University now), 3 standard poodles (I breed them, check
out my pages), a 25.5 year old blue-crown conure
and a large aquarium.
I love to create art in many media, and often use my pets as
inspiration. I use a combination of drawing from life, memory,
imagination, photos I've taken and photos others have taken. I love
the challenge of working to recreate a feeling of subject, place and
time. I love the lighting at a
particular time of year or time of day. Most of my work is focused on
the hues and patterns resulting from the effects of light on colour. Education: 1977 B.F.A. 1995 Diploma
